Chord Carnival Classic is similar to Leyline 2 in its use of Oxygen free multi-strand copper conductors and polyethylene conductor insulation.
The differences are in the diameter of the conductors and the diameter of the polyethylene insulation that surrounds the conductors.
The larger diameter conductors offer a lower resistance than those used in the Leyline and Carnival Classic will carry information across a wider frequency bandwidt
This is particularly noticeable across the bass frequencies and makes the Carnival an excellent choice for use with home cinema as well as hi-fi systems.
